The boss even opened the hotel's door to send me off. the key location was great, and it allowed me to move around the city easily.

The staff was not very friendly, and communication was difficult due to the lack of English proficiency. Another aspect I disliked was the noise level on the upper floors, especially on weekends, which made it difficult to sleep.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. We particularly appreciated the excellent transportation service provided by the staff. They gave us detailed information on the taxis we could take and even provided us with the taxi number. Also, the boss himself was friendly enough to open the hotel door to send us off when we departed.

Everything was spot on.

The location is quite far away from the center, making it inconvenient to do anything in the city. the room is small and not well-maintained, with bed bugs and missing bed sheets. the bathroom is not clean and has a lack of basic supplies. the service is mediocre at best, with the staff not being very friendly or helpful. Breakfast is disappointing, with limited options. the view is not impressive at all.

The hotel's noise levels are high, seriously impacting my ability to sleep well throughout the night.

The hotel offered convenient airport transfers, and helped us to book transportation in the city. The location was great, it was in close proximity to restaurants and shops. The on-site amenities were a great addition to our Easter weekend, particularly the spa treatments which were both affordable and enjoyable.

Some of the staff had difficulty communicating in English, but they tried their best to assist and were polite. The rooms were a bit small and we did encounter a few minor issues like lack of bed sheets, but the hotel worked to rectify them promptly.
